Production Time: 3-4 Weeks We make each Sofa to order causing us to need a little bit more time then usual factories that keep stock. We do this in an effort to be a more sustainable company by not over producing or cutting corners on production. Estimated Arrival Time: Additional 3-5 Weeks We Use a few different types of Shipping methods, for our togos we use a mix of Boat and Ground trucks to transport our products. Since these are large sized packages, our mover will contact you to set up a date for delivery. This is typically 3-7 Days before Delivery. CUSTOM-Order Items: Refer to Item Descriptions. Your total estimated arrival time will be [production time] + [processing time] + [transit time]. Order Cancellation: You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations won't be accommodated. If needed, returns can be made to our Los Angeles location by appointment upon receipt, or the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
